Inside and out, Bar-K is set up for both comfort and entertainment. From the hot tub, sauna and outdoor dining area, to the cinema room, games room and large secure garden, there’s something for everyone — whether that’s switching off, socialising, or keeping the kids entertained.
The space is flat, generous and easy to enjoy for guests of all ages, with parking for five or more cars and a free-to-use EV charging point, adding to the convenience.

The Location
Set in the quiet village of Hatt, near St Mellion Estate, Bar-K offers the perfect balance of peaceful countryside and easy access to some of Cornwall’s best spots.
You’re just 20 minutes from the south coast, with dog-friendly beaches like Seaton Beach, Portwrinkle Beach and Whitsand Bay within easy reach — ideal for coastal walks, sea swims, and relaxed days by the water.
For exploring further afield, both Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor are close by, along with the beautiful River Tamar. If you’re chasing surf or bigger beach days, the north coast — including Newquay, Watergate Bay and St Ives — is around an hour away.

For quieter moments, the snug offers a calm space to switch off or catch up on work. Set away from the main living areas, it includes a sofa bed, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped workspace with ethernet connection, display, keyboard and mouse.

Each bedroom is well equipped with ample storage, soft Egyptian cotton linen from Dusk, and a 40″ smart TV with access to SKY and Netflix— ideal for slower mornings or early nights after a day out.
